About Mariah
Let’s be honest, cosmetology school throws a lot of information at you in a very short amount of time, and most students feel overwhelmed trying to figure out what actually matters for the state board exam.
I’m a licensed cosmetology instructor and second-generation cosmetologist. My family has owned a full-service salon for over 25 years, and even with that background, I remember how overwhelming beauty school felt at the beginning.
I completed an 11-month program in just 8 months and earned a scholarship for my instructor’s license. Since then, I’ve helped students break down complex topics like infection control, skin, nails, and anatomy into simple, easy-to-understand concepts that actually stick.
My teaching style is clear, supportive, and focused on what you need to know to pass. I use practice questions, real examples, and study strategies that help you feel confident walking into your exam.
