10 Years of experience as a competitive athlete myself and 5 years of experience in coaching group classes and personal training - both online and in-person - in 3 different countries.
Attended multiple coaching development sessions with Olympic world record holders of the time.
Video analysis of coaching development by Senior Coaches with over 20 years of experience as a Junior Coach.
Experienced in working with kids.

About the lesson

We start with an assessment to talk about the client's (fitness and more) goals before anything else. Then we talk about how we can work towards those goals.
- I have tons of experience in Hybrid training, Olympic Weightlifting, Gymnastics, HIIT, Bodybuilding, Functional Training, Injury Recovery, Rehab Exercise. So, a large variety of styles I can put to use for those goals.
- I can help with dietary goals as well, achievable ones, not the kind that makes you hate your life
- We can work with whatever equipment you have, the more the better of course, but no limits. Minimum requirement is the person and the will to start training.
- You don’t need to be at a certain fitness level to start.
