About Jake
I have a range of experience in teaching, helping multiple students to increase their grades to Bs, As and 5s.
I am currently studying at the University of Oxford, and received grades of an 8 in GCSE English Literature and an A* in A-Level English Literature.
I have a keen passion for English Literature which I hope will come across in my lessons, as I am happy to explore any areas students may need. It's my intention that this support will allow students to progress in the subject to gain the outcome they want, whether that be university or college.

Lessons will be relaxed and tailored specifically to each student. This could include individual lessons on the content of a novel, or work on skills needed for the exams, such as analysis and essay writing. I will go above and beyond to support students to improve their skills, so that they can attain the grade they want.
