About Roberta
I'm a freelance tutor in Classics (Latin and Greek) and Italian, based in London. I have a DPhil (PhD) in Classical Languages and Literature at the University of Oxford, I was a Classics Lecturer at Christ Church, Oxford (and did tutorial in several Oxford colleges) and in 2020-2021 I was a teacher of Classics at Winchester College. I'm an Italian native speaker and I've been studying, then doing research on Latin and Ancient Greek for the past 18 years. In the summer 2016 I also acquired a TIAFL certificate (teaching Italian as a foreign language) from the Italian Cultural Institute of London, after 5 weeks of internship and teacher training. In Winchester, I was in charge of the Italian Society and cooperated with the drama department.
I'm available online from August 2021, and in person from mid September.
