About Katie
I`m Katie and I am an English tutor based in the Oxford area. I have a first-class Honours degree in English Literature and German from the University of Hertfordshire and also a Masters degree with distinction from King`s College London. I am currently pursuing doctoral study at Christ Church, University of Oxford, where I am a Leverhulme Scholar.

I'm a current PhD student at Oxford University who also holds degrees from KCL and a first-class BA in English & German from the University of Hertfordshire.
I have worked as a tutor for almost 10 years and have also been a SEN tutor in a North London secondary school (with significant experience of tutoring students with dyslexia and ADHD). My lessons are 1hr long (usually weekly) and focus on comprehension, exam skills, and study techniques. Many of my students have gone on to get top grades in their exams.
I teach English for GSCE and A-Level and can also help with university applications.
