About Declan
I have over 10 years of experience working in healthcare in various settings. I have experience in primary care, event and emergency first aid, care of the surgical patient and perioperative patient care. I have a passion for teaching and tutoring and have supported many students through their various studies. I was previously a unit manager for St John Ambulance where I was responsible for training and managing a cadet group, as well as supporting the teaching and training of the adult volunteers with which I also worked alongside.

I have taught children aged 10 to 18+ in health and social care/health care practice. I was previously a qualified band four assistant practitioner in primary care. I have a wealth of experience in primary care and more recently in surgical care. Previously I worked with St John Ambulance supporting the training of their volunteers as well as the cadet groups also. Tutoring is my passion and I prefer to take the holistic approach when doing so.
