About Noelle
With over 8 years of tutoring experience and an MSc in Mathematical Finance, I help students navigate the beauty and complexity of advanced mathematics. My teaching emphasizes proof writing, logic, and reasoning as essential tools. Abstract algebra and topology are my specialties. In group theory, I begin with simple, intuitive patterns before moving to formal definitions. In ring theory, I highlight how algebraic systems unify different areas of mathematics. For topology, I use diagrams, models, and discussion to ground abstract ideas. My students are typically university learners, many of whom are pursuing pure mathematics.
