About ALPHY
As a Long-Term Occasional Teacher at Durham Catholic District School Board (DCDSB), I am responsible for delivering engaging and inclusive lessons to students from diverse backgrounds and abilities. I collaborate with other teachers and staff to ensure the academic and social development of the students. With a Bachelor of Education degree from Mahatma Gandhi University and a Master of Science degree in Plant Biology from Madras Christian College, I have a strong background in natural sciences and a keen interest in plant biotechnology. I have also worked as an Early Childhood Educator at Fairy Glen Day Care Centre and an Assistant Professor at KE College, where I gained valuable experience in early childhood education and higher education. My core competencies are communication, creativity, and collaboration. My mission is to become an adept researcher and an innovative teacher.
