Chanting; stretching; aasans and ending the class with meditations and relaxation; also healing to specific problems and diseases and customized diet plans.. you can take 5 days to 2 days of weekend classes and with timings suiting to both of us. Just roll the mat take the position and enjoy the yoga class

Aarti has been an excellent yoga teacher. She has guided me through my college days and still continues to do so after my marriage. She has also done healing for me and my family in times of need.
