About Martina
I am an experienced singing tutor with over 5 years of teaching students from schools, colleges, and professional backgrounds. I specialise in helping students discover their voice, improve technical skills, and gain confidence to perform in any setting. I believe that singing is an art that combines skill, emotion, and self-expression, and I focus on developing all these aspects in my lessons.
My lessons are interactive, student-focused, and practical. I teach vocal techniques such as breath control, pitch accuracy, tone modulation, and vocal projection. I also cover music theory, rhythm, sight-reading, and performance skills including stage presence and expressive singing. By combining structured exercises with creative and real-life examples, I make lessons both engaging and effective.
I adapt my teaching to each student’s goals and abilities. Beginners are guided with patience to build confidence and strong foundations, while advanced learners are coached to refine techniques, prepare for performances, and overcome challenges such as stage anxiety or vocal strain. I provide structured practice plans, consistent feedback, and measurable progress tracking.
My mission is to create a motivating, inspiring, and supportive learning environment where students feel confident exploring their voice, expressing themselves, and developing a lifelong passion for singing.

My teaching methodology for Singing is built on understanding, practice, and confidence building. I use real-life examples and case studies from everyday voice use, recordings, and songs to explain vocal techniques in a practical way. I teach with empathy, knowing that many students feel nervous or unsure about their voice, and I make sure they feel supported at every step.
My flexible teaching style allows me to change lessons based on each student’s vocal range, learning speed, and personal goals. Clear communication helps students understand breathing, pitch, tone, and expression easily.
Through a problem-solving approach, I help students identify vocal problems and correct them using simple exercises. Along with Singing, I also teach related subjects such as basic music theory, rhythm practice, ear training, vocal health, and performance confidence.
