About Marc
I have a degree in Psychology as well as a PgDip in CBT. I have many years of real world experience working for the NHS in the mental health field. I have worked in in-patient psychiatric units; I have worked in the community with the Crisis Resolution/Home Treatment Team; and have worked as a Psychological Wellbeing Practitioner, eventually becoming a clinical supervisor for my team. This experience allows me to link much of the content you are learning at AS/A Level to real world examples that I have encountered.
I have been a private tutor since 2017 and am familiar with the AQA Psychology syllabus. I am happy to help you with your learning goals, whether it’s exam prep, helping you understand areas that you are struggling with, or simply reinforcing and strengthening your knowledge.

I will discuss with you your learning goals and areas for improvement that you would like to work on. I will develop a learning plan for each individual student based on your specfic goals. My teaching style is dynamic and I like to have discussions around the topic in order for students to gain a deeper understanding of the topic.
