About Daphne
I am a graduate of LSE with a BSc in Government and History (2:1) and am currently a postgraduate student of the University of Edinburgh studying History. I also work full time in local government. I have been a private tutor for 5+ years, working with a variety of agencies and companies and freelance.

I have taught English for 5+ years, from SAT level through to A Level with mixed abilities, exam boards and needs. I have also participated in the government's schools initiative for the last year helping secondary school children to catch up during the pandemic, with all my students improving at least one grade mark. I create all lesson plans myself, working together with the student to identify areas of improvement. Whether it is reading, writing, essay technique, debating or general English Lang/Lit content, I am available.
