About Alma
I am certified Pilates teacher by leaderfit training. I went to India to learn Yoga. I have been learning Eastern Dance and Tribal Fusion for 7 years all over Europe. And I am trained in pre-postnatal by the institute De Gasquet. In short, I always try to be formed in the best possible way and to validate my knowledge and my experience. In order to give the most complete and respectful courses of every need and anatomy.
