About Mo
I am a physiotherapist with experience in cardiac rehabilitation and chronic disease management, passionate about helping individuals exercise safely and confidently after a heart condition or while managing long-term health issues.
My coaching focuses on education, reassurance, and practical guidance — especially for those who feel unsure or anxious about physical activity after a cardiac event. I work with clients to improve confidence, consistency, and understanding of safe exercise principles in a supportive and realistic way.
All sessions are conducted online and are designed to complement your existing medical care.
