About Aryan
Student with a grade A at History AS Level and the highest A* mark in the cohort at History A-Level whilst attending the Sunday Times State School of the Year. I am looking to tutor in order to impart my knowledge on to the next generation whilst also helping to finance my higher education as I attend a Russell Group university which is in the top 10 universities in the UK whilst studying History.

I use focused, hour-long sessions with clients in order to develop their historical knowledge and to help them with exam technique. When it comes to doing well on History tests, essay writing practice is pivotal. I will regularly set students essays as part of their homework along with prereading on the content for the next lesson. Being a student myself, I am able to empathise with the problems that learners may have and adapt my lessons in order to suit the needs of every individual. This allows me to create an excellent working environment where students naturally work hard and improve as historians, thus leading to better results. The exam board I have the most knowledge of is AQA, although I may be able to accommodate students from other exam boards. At GCSE level, I specialise in teaching the AQA specification and the Germany (1890-1945), Cold War (1945-72) and Health and the people units. For A-Level students, my main areas of expertise are Bolshevik and Stalinist Russia and Stuart Britain.
