About Sara

I am a highly experienced Level 3 Personal Trainer and Yoga Teacher, who has worked as a trainer in 5* top end gyms in Central London including at Matt Roberts Personal Training where I worked alongside physiotherapists to ensure safe and effective training and progress for my clients. I am continually updating my skills and knowledge by attending training courses in topic from Pelvic Floor health to nutrition and effective breathing. I can provide my clients with a diet plan if required and a home training programme for self-training. My experience working with all kinds of injuries and conditions means I am a great instructor for beginners or injured people, as well as more seasoned athletes who want to avoid injuries but still want to work hard.

While I understand the value of repetition for the purposes of progress, I love to provide my clients with a varied training experience. For that reason I change up the sessions every six weeks and bring a little variety into each session. So if someone is training with me twice a week they will have two different training programmes and another self-training programme, if requested. Six weeks later I'll create three new programmes, which will be entirely tailored to that individual.

There is nothing better than enjoying your training. I have trained in a number of disciplines; from weight lifting and triathlon, (cycling, running, swimming) to Yoga, gymnastics, Pilates and dance and I tend to combine all these disciplines in one way or another in my private sessions. I believe that movement is possible for everyone. I have experience with people over 70 years old and preparing for a hip operation or recovering from an operation, to working with a young ambitious athlete in their 20's. I love training with people from all walks of life. All styles of movement training is rewarding for me. My main intention is to bring joy into that individual's day. The results will follow when you love what you are doing.

All Sessions To Be Cancelled/Re-Scheduled With 48 Hours Notice 
If there is not 48 hours notice on cancellation I charge for the session in full.
If you want to reschedule the session and there are less than 48 hours until our scheduled session, both the original appointment and the rescheduled session will be chargeable.
