A aula de yoga com o Ciro é muito completa, o professor é muito atento aos detalhes da execução dos exercícios da prática, o que torna fácil e da força de vontade de avançarmos na modalidade! Eu sou iniciante e tive ótima experiência e resultado com as aulas!
Comecei as aulas de yoga com o objetivo de começar o meu dia com boas energias e desligar a mente da minha rotina diária por pelo menos 1 hora, Ciro vem cumprindo esse objetivo muito bem. Excelente professor de yoga, atencioso e paciente.

Olá, já tive o prazer de ter conhecido o Ciro quando morava em São Paulo. Sempre termino suas aulas satisfeito com seu método pois abrange várias técnicas diferentes variando entre sequências fluidas e estáticas, sempre terminando com exercícios de respiração e meditação. Super indico o Ciro!!! Hoje meu professor de yoga e amigo. Moro na Turquia e continuo fazendo aula com ele.
