About Ellen
I am a recent UW graduate, majoring in physiology and minoring in global health. I have experience peer facilitating human anatomy and comparative anatomy at UW, where I used my previous experience with the classes to help current students succeed. I helped create course content, held office hours, and led discussions to support student learning.

I approach teaching from the foundation that the student knows more than they think they do. It is my job as an educator to ask guiding questions to help the student build on their previous knowledge to find the answer. I encourage and support students so they can reach their full potential.
