About Laura
Namaste! I am a Yoga Alliance certified teacher with a passion to help others discover all the amazing benefits yoga can have on your life. I've been practising yoga for nearly 10 years now and I have been able to appreciate all of the positive effects it can bring, from simply feeling more grounded and calm, getting stronger and more flexible, and the sense of growth and achievement that comes from mastering inversions or crazy pretzel postures! In the rest of my free time I am a keen climber and mountaineer with a great love of the outdoors.

Our lessons will first consist of a consultation where I'll assess your current level of yoga practice and ask you about your specific yoga goals and what you want to get out of one-to-one sessions. I will then come up with flows and exercises catered towards your personal goals, providing feedback and analysis throughout and at the end of class.
