About Anne
My name is Anne and I am an International Relations and Law student from Germany studying at the Uni of Edinburgh. I have practiced yoga daily for more than 4 years both privately and in group settings. I believe it to be one of the most effective ways to connect mind and body. It is my chosen form of self-care any day, through stressful times or simply to lift my spirits

The yoga lessons I provide are deeply personal, as they are made to suit the student's needs and are held in a one-on-one environment that allows for relaxation and trust. Lessons typically range from 30-60 minutes, including a brief warm-up and ending in a short meditation to make the most of the practice.
Lessons are suitable for beginners and intermediate yogis of all ages and backgrounds. If desired, a partner can be brought to lessons. Depending on location, we can agree on a space or classes are also available online.
