About Holly
I am Holly, Reiki practitioner, wellness adviser and qualified solicitor. In 2024 I burnt out and so I know first-hand how hard it can be to manage day-to-day life and where to start. I offer support and guidance on all areas as well as online Reiki to regulate and relax.

I offer 30 minute or 60 minute sessions and we can talk through your goals and current struggles and develop a plan on how to self-regulate, build confidence, practise affirmations, manage a daily routine and all other aspects to better manage your life and improve your day-to-day living.
