With clients from all over the globe, I have a wealth of experience in antenatal, postpartum, and therapeutic yoga teaching.
I provide personalized sessions for expectant mothers, new mothers, and those who are ill.

Sessions are tailored to the client's and the expectant mother's health status, body type, and medical history. The sessions are adjusted in accordance with the client's progress, level of energy, and comfort.
In addition to yoga, I take a comprehensive approach to your entire health. The lessons also cover pranayama, meditation, food, and lifestyle modifications.
Problem areas are considered when planning sessions. stress and other pregnancy-related issues for the expectant mother's body. Preparation is done for a normal birth. For Therapeutic & Postnatal expect Faster Recovery, Reduce Stress and Anxiety, Better Flexibility, Improved Muscle Strength and Tone.
