About Julia
My goal is to provide a high quality professional service to women who are looking for guidance with their health & fitness goals no matter how big or small. I have a strong interest in women's health & supporting all ages of women with some of the barriers they face in terms of achieving their desired health and fitness outcomes.

Sessions are 60 minutes in duration. All my sessions are created to meet the needs of the individual using the techniques, methods and approaches which are most appropriate for the client. I have 17 years of experience of working with people to achieve their health & fitness goals. I have worked with professional sports teams, been involved with the MOD and shadowed in women's health physiotherapy in the past. I opened my first Sports Therapy clinic in 2015 and I have worked with a broad range of clients from professional athletes to elderly clients wanting to increase their mobility. I now run a multi-disciplinary natural health practice in the East Riding of Yorkshire. I am a fully qualified further education tutor, fully DBS checked & fully insured. I am registered with the following: The Global Education Accreditation Commission, The Federation of Nutritional Therapy Practitioners & The British Homeopathic Medical Association.
