About Amira
Here's a little introduction about myself and my teaching,
Hello! I'm Amira Osman; a 250-hour certified vinyasa instructor initially from the Bryce Yoga school Fit.Flow.Fly. I struggled with a serious back injury for years before the yoga practice started to slowly bring me strength and stability. I truly believe in yoga as a lifestyle but also approach it with an open mind, always trying to find the balance between tradition, and yoga in the modern world. I have been practicing hatha vinyasa, yin and ashtanga yoga for 10 years, and continue to practice, with knowledgeable instructors all over the world. I am also a certified Breathwork & trauma release practitioner from Alchemy of Breath, where I am also mentored and mentor new students. For menstruators, I offer holistic menstrual cycle coaching and education, and we integrate the menstrual cycle phases in the yoga practice. I am currently training as a Naturopath and Nutritional Therapist with The College of Naturopathic Medicine so feel free to pick my brain on that if you have any questions as well!

I guide movement practices within a balance of tradition and yoga in the modern world. Classes are always in alignment with our circadian rhythm, and for women with the corresponding phase of their cycle.
Classes are typically 60-90 minutes in length.
My qualifications are 200 hour Fit.Flow.Fly training with Bryce yoga, 50 hour TCM for yin yoga with the Summers School of yin yoga 400 hour facilitator training with Alchemy of Breath, yoga nidra training with Jana Roemer.
I love to work with committed individuals of all range of experience of yoga.
