About Arvin
I came into bodyweight training and calisthenics after doing weightlifting for around ten years. I previously never broadened my horizons beyond the basics until one day I was recommended 500-page book on gymnastics. It took me two years to read the entire book, but needless to say it completely changed my understanding of the human body and how to approach training. Anyone that comes to me will garner the benefit of all the knowledge I've accumulated in this time.

I am an instructor working out of Metabolic gym in Warley in Essex. What I can teach - pull-ups, push-ups, dips, bodyweight rows, handstands, muscle-ups, splits, levers (planche, front, back), handstand push-up, squats, deadlifts, general mobility, skipping, the list goes on. I have taken a huge interest in fitness for 15 years and learn and read every single day. My methodology runs from the ground up. We start by addressing any existing injuries or weaknesses. I will assess your strength level, then write you a programme based on your short and long-term goals. A typical session may include a quick cardio warm-up, followed by wrist, hip or shoulder stability exercises. We would then attempt skill work such as handstands, muscle-ups, splits etc. The rest of the session will be dedicated to strength and muscle building using bodyweight basics such as push-ups, pull-ups etc. and we would finish off with some weightlifting accessories.
