About Urja
An occupational therapist, specialising in mental health, here to help you learn how to love yourself, not just tell you to practice self-love. I’ve graduated from Seth GS medical college and KEM hospital, Mumbai. I’m also a speech and drama instructor from Trinity college of London.

I’m flexible in my methodology. We can have one on one sessions on call, video call or in person. Whatever is comfortable for the client . The first few sessions will be about me understanding the history of the client well, which is a major part of therapy and then we start with small steps .
