About Ruche
I have a degree in Language Practice (English major). I worked part-time at NWU as a writing lab consultant. We helped students with the writing process and structuring of essays. I would love to continue helping students with essay writing.

My teaching method is a mixture of descriptive and prescriptive. It is important to guide an individual's unique way of essay writing (to portray their own voice) as well as keeping to the prescriptive rules of an academic essay. The lesson will depend on the problems the student may be having. By using a previous graded essay, we can work through problem areas and what the lecturer is looking for.
