About Priyanka
I'm Priyanka, a certified nutritionist, wellness coach, and competitive athlete who has spent over a decade in the health and fitness world.
My journey started as an athlete. Competing at national and international levels taught me more about the human body than any textbook could, how food affects performance, recovery, hormones, and mindset. That first-hand experience is what sets my approach apart.
Over the years I've worked with a wide range of clients — from athletes chasing peak performance to women navigating the daily challenges of PCOS. I understand that every body is different, and I take the time to understand yours.
My certifications include Sports Performance Nutrition from IIT Madras where I ranked in the top 5% nationally, PCOS Mastery under QUA Nutrition, and Human Performance Nutrition from K11 School of Fitness Sciences, one of India's leading fitness institutes.
I'm based in Bangalore and work with clients online and offline. My approach is always practical, science-backed, and built around real life, because the best nutrition plan is one you can actually follow.
