About Laurann
I have a passion for nutrition and i'm qualified BSc. honours nutritionist with masters in public health.
I've worked in many areas of the food industry such as food manufacture, clinical and community care, research, developing and teaching nutrition courses and working as the food manager for the Coeliac Society of Ireland.
For the past 11 years I have also ran a nutrition consultancy business dealing with weight loss/gain, performance nutrition, food intolerance testing and corporate wellness. I'm also currently involved in the roll out of a national health promotion programme for pre-schools.
