About Karina
I have been a coach for about 9 years now. Being certified as a nutritionist allows me to offer meal plans and work closely with clients so they can reach their goals. Some want to compete, run a marathon, grow muscle, be stronger, think less about food, support their family, lose weight, be happy and healthy. Everyone has a different goal. I love showing clients the way. I never tell, I only show and help them get there on their own.

We analyze your diet, eating habits and thoughts. Every lesson you get something manageable to take action on. Meal plans can be recommended and worked on together. We can talk about the science of food and weight loss/muscle gain. We can talk about strategies to talk about topics with friends, family and coworkers. This is your lesson to get help and guidance from a professional. No judgment, just ways to improve.
