About Melissa
I'm an Integrative Nutrition Health Coach educated by the Institute for Integrative Nutrition based in New York. I completed a one-year course where I learned a variety of dietary theories and coaching techniques specifically tailored to clients personal needs and goals. As a nutritional health coach, I focus not only on food but also areas of one's life not related to eating (satisfaction with one's job, social life, joy etc). All areas are touched upon in order to achieve homeostasis (balance) for each client.

I approach each client differently based on their individual needs and personal goals. Each client will complete a health survey prior to the first session so that I can obtain a clearer idea of which areas to focus upon and also to personally get to know each individual.
