About Deise
I am a graduate student in nutrition at UFRGS, I work with vegetarian healthy eating workshops for children and seniors as a volunteer, I have taken a cooking course that specializes in quick meals and I carry an arsenal of recipes and knowledge that add to a more practical diet for those who are starting ( it doesn't count as a nutritional assessment).
