I will try to be as much less technical and more practical as my ideology is if a student or learner gets the nitty gritty of a concept then they can play with as they want.
If I will take a very basic example to define perimeter of a plot, everyone knows its formulae but what does it mean...it simply means the if we move around the plots outer boundary how much distance we have covered will give us the perimeter of that plot.
