I prefer friendly teaching and having mentored over 10+ students, I have nurtured myself with the experience in the past year to develop methods to understand different student's learning potentials, and help each student with their problems.
Being a student myself I felt to have a better connection with the students while understanding their learning goals and problems are the keys to concept clearance.
For CBSE Mathematics:
NCERT Mathematics book is the principal book that I follow. Apart from it, I provide extra question and answer materials relevant to the grade that I teach.
Regular tests are taken after completion of every lesson.
Regular homework/worksheets are provided after every session.
