I have recently qualified as a primary school teacher via University of Sunderland. With an undergraduate degree in English Language, my expertise and passion for literature mean I am well placed to offer help with reading/phonics and writing to children or adults who may need an extra boost. I have full DBS clearance.

My approach to teaching is to make lessons fun and engaging by using a variety of resources and activities tailored to the individual needs of my students. I have a strong knowledge of synthetic phonics and have helped several of my pupils to make great progress with their reading skills and confidence.
