My teaching method is based on you! I like to set up a one on one session to first get a feel for what you want or need from me, and then we move onto customized plans and virtual meetings to make sure we can achieve your goals together.

Elicia loves to help people achieve their goals. When I started to have panic attacks recently, she knew exactly what to say and was very understanding of the situation. Seeing my progress was like a success to her too. She is very down to Earth and can make some jokes with her witty attitude, which I will always appreciate about her.
I just love her. She is great with meditation. She has a soothing voice and you can relax with her technics.
