About Emily
With a BA degree in Classics, a minor in English & American Literature, and an MA in Comparative World Literature, I've written a variety of different essays. From published journals, to applications to summer programs, I can help you write whatever you need; I can teach you how to sell yourself to potential college admins, to undergraduate professors, to your high school English teacher.
I tutored briefly in my undergraduate career, but taught and led classes in my graduate career.
I have both my BA & MA degree in literature fields. In my undergraduate study I was a part of a honors society, and in my graduate study I ran a literature orientated club. I also taught classes such as World Literature 250 and Fables and Tales 230 in my graduate degree. I have learnt both Latin and Ancient Greek to fundamentally help improve my understanding of English Grammar.

I need to learn what you need from me. We will go over your writing samples to learn your strengths and weaknesses as a writer, then we will make a plan together to address your weaknesses and make them strengths.
Mostly college level students, though I have tutored one or more high school level students, who I am eager to work with.
