About Jennifer
I am a fitness advocate, hoping to help others reach their goals through living a healthy lifestyle. I am a swimmer, and a certified swimming instructor as well as a Lifeguard. I have a bachelors degree in Sociology and I am currently working at a before and after school program, working with children as I have for the past 6 years! I am interested in fitness, nutrition, academics and overall reaching for the best possible life, in all aspects :)
