About Thiveshni
Hello. My name is Thiveshni and I am 24 years old. I am an advanced diploma nature conservation graduate. I am very passionate about mental health and well-being. Throughout my life, I have experienced a lot of life lessons that I have learned from. These experiences have challenged me, but I have grown and learned a lot of tricks and tips that I would love to share with you to help you achieve an overall healthy mental health status. I am passionate about offering my services because in my darkest moments I wish I had someone to listen.
