About Karolina
I am an INER (Institute for Natural Conception Regulation) certified instructor of the Symptothermal Method according to Prof. Dr. J. Rotzer. I am passionate about teaching young women about how wonderfully their bodies have been created and helping couples understand their fertility, fostering more respect, love and intimacy in their relationships.

I offer supportive, science-based instruction of the Symptothermal Method for women and couples who want a natural, effective way to manage fertility — whether you’re trying to conceive, postpone pregnancy or simply want to understand how your body works.
The method provides clear guidelines for women at every stage of life and in every situation:
- in regular and irregular cycles,
- after childbirth – regardless of the type of feeding (exclusive breastfeeding, mixed feeding, or formula feeding),
- during perimenopause,
- after stopping hormonal contraceptive pills or after removal of an intrauterine device (IUD),
- regardless of health status,
- at all times – including when a woman needs to get up at night to care for her baby or works shifts.
It is an exceptionally versatile method – observations can be adapted to one’s individual lifestyle.
In the sessions, you’ll learn how to:
• Accurately track basal body temperature
• Interpret cervical mucus patterns
• Identify your fertile window with confidence
• Apply the method correctly for your goals
Lessons are private, respectful, and tailored to your cycle and lifestyle. No artificial hormones or pills. No guesswork. Just clear knowledge and practical skills you can rely on.
