As a native Spanish speaker with a Master's degree from George Washington University, I combine academic expertise with real-world communication experience to help students achieve lasting success.
I understand that every student learns differently, which is why I tailor each lesson to your individual goals, learning style, and pace. Whether you're preparing for an exam, improving your grades, building conversational fluency, or learning Spanish for work or travel, I provide structured, engaging lessons that help you gain confidence with every session.

As a native Spanish speaker with a Master's degree from George Washington University and a background in education, communications, and public service, I believe that learning a language should be engaging, practical, and tailored to each student's individual goals. Whether you are learning Spanish for school, work, travel, or personal enrichment, I create a supportive environment where students feel comfortable asking questions and building confidence.
My teaching approach is personalized and interactive. Rather than relying solely on memorization, I focus on helping students understand the language through real conversations, structured grammar explanations, vocabulary development, pronunciation practice, and cultural context. I adapt every lesson to the student's learning style, pace, and objectives to ensure steady progress.
A typical lesson begins with a brief review of previously learned material, followed by the introduction of a new concept through guided practice and real-life examples. Students then apply what they have learned through conversation, reading, writing, or listening exercises. I conclude each session with constructive feedback, a summary of key takeaways, and optional practice assignments to reinforce learning between lessons.
What sets me apart is my combination of native fluency, advanced academic training, and professional experience communicating in both English and Spanish. I understand the challenges of mastering a second language and know how to explain complex concepts in a simple, encouraging, and effective way. My goal is not only to help students improve their Spanish skills but also to build their confidence so they can communicate naturally in real-world situations.
I work with middle school, high school, and college students, as well as adult learners of all proficiency levels—from complete beginners to advanced speakers looking to refine their grammar, conversation, writing, or pronunciation. I also provide support for AP Spanish, college coursework, exam preparation, business Spanish, and conversational practice.
