Native Spanish Speaker Teacher from Mexico! New to the Montreal area. Learn while having fun!

To whom it may concern,

Carlos Ascencio Gómez was an outstanding piano teacher of my children and I for over six years. The result was both of my children wanting to pursue a career in music because they fell in love with piano. My oldest daughter is now completing her music career at SOAS university, specializing in piano after Carlos being his main teacher during her childhood years.

Carlos’s teaching approach was incredibly clear, accessible and great fun. As part of his methodology, he would organize little concerts where the children and I participated playing in front of small audiences of friends and family. It was an amazing experience for the children and I, and extremely formative to reinforce the knowledge acquired and put theory into real practice.

Carlos is extremely responsible, dependable and professional. He has a wide, thorough knowledge of music and an excellent solid teaching methodology. I am certain that he will give wonderful comprehensive piano classes and I highly recommend him!
