Friendly Introduction – by Timo Hi! I’m Timo, a native Spanish speaker born in Bogotá, Colombia and currently living in beautiful Vancouver, Canada. As someone who loves exploring the outdoors, traveling to new places, and being around animals, I bring a warm, open-minded, and down-to-earth energy to every lesson I teach. I know from experience that learning a new language works best when you feel comfortable, understood, and supported—so I always create a welcoming environment where you can express yourself freely, make mistakes without pressure, and enjoy the process. My teaching style is friendly, patient, and highly personalized, with lessons designed around your goals, your pace, and the real-life situations where you want to use Spanish. Students appreciate that I’m easy to talk to, clear in my explanations, and always genuinely invested in their progress.
