About Arantza
I am a Mathematics and Drama Studies undergraduate student with experience in language learning and teaching. As an international student and a polyglot, I understand the challenges that learning and perfecting a language may set out; and as a native speaker, I feel confident supporting students in their learning journey.
I am passionate about literature, linguistics, and science and try to incorporate different methodologies into my teaching, which I consider important in order to help people truly understand and enjoy Spanish culture.

Lessons start with an evaluation of the goals, strengths, and difficulties that the student may have. A lesson would usually last between 1 or 2 hours, depending on the needs and schedules.
I prefer to use an interactive, intuitive approach rather than a completely memoristic one; however, I do believe in the importance of establishing a good basis from which to start building confidence in the language.
I can teach Spanish and Galician language and literature from beginner to more advanced levels, as well as to Hispanics or Lusophone students who want to have a better understanding of sociolinguistics and history of Spanish and/or Galician literature.
