About Alex
I am a dedicated Vietnamese language tutor with a strong passion for helping students master the beauty and complexity of the Vietnamese language. As a native speaker with Northern Vietnamese heritage, I bring authentic pronunciation, cultural insights, and practical knowledge into every lesson. My academic background combines both language and business expertise. I hold an undergraduate degree in Business English and went on to complete a Master’s degree in Business at Monash University. This unique blend of qualifications allows me to offer a structured, professional approach to teaching while also incorporating real-world applications of language in business and everyday contexts. Currently residing in Australia, I have experience working with learners from diverse cultural and linguistic backgrounds. I understand the challenges of learning a second language and strive to create engaging, supportive, and tailored lessons that suit each student’s goals—whether for travel, business, or personal enrichment. My teaching philosophy centers on patience, encouragement, and clarity. I aim to empower students to gain confidence in speaking, listening, reading, and writing Vietnamese while also gaining deeper appreciation of its culture and traditions.
