About Kaori
I am a native Japanese speaker currently living in Bangalore, with an international background and experience working with students from different cultures. I have completed a 420-hour Japanese Language Teacher Training Course and am trained to teach both beginners and JLPT-focused learners.
I can adapt my teaching style depending on your needs, whether you prefer full Japanese immersion or explanations in English. I value clear communication, structured lessons, and steady progress.
I enjoy teaching and supporting students in achieving their goals, whether it is passing JLPT, improving conversation skills, or preparing to study or work in Japan.

My classes are structured, practical, and focused on real results. I teach using both direct (Japanese only) and indirect (Japanese with English support) methods, depending on the student’s level.
Lessons are designed for beginners, JLPT preparation (N5/N4), and students who want to study or work in Japan. You will learn essential grammar, vocabulary, and natural pronunciation from a native speaker.
I keep classes small to provide personal attention and ensure steady progress. Both online and in-person lessons are available.
For children, I also include fun cultural activities such as origami to make learning enjoyable and engaging.
A free trial lesson is available, so you can experience the teaching style before enrolling.
