About You Lai
A graduate of University College Dublin in Business and Law, my past experiences in teaching include teaching at a Gaeltacht sa Bhaile, acting as a substitute teacher for Irish schools, as well as teaching grinds to students for the past five years. I attended a Gaelscoil, and achieved a H1 in my Leaving Cert, scoring full marks in my Oral Examination as well. I am an outgoing and friendly person, who is focused on working with each student to maximise their grades in any exam, State or otherwise.

I conduct hour long classes online, through Google Meets, or alternatively in-person. Students can follow along the notes that I've carefully curated over the past 5 years of teaching. My goal is to ensure that every student is comfortable in the classes, and can follow the content with no issues, no matter their level of understanding that they may start out with. Lessons for Irish for primary school students include vocabulary and grammar, whilst classes post-primary students focus on the State Examinations curriculums, with in-depth notes on grammar, spoken Irish, literature and writing. Classes with college students/adults include a focus on oral Irish, grammar and writing.
