I’ve been attending Agnes’s classes for a couple of years now and am enjoying my learning journey. Agnes has a relaxed style and while we follow a structured format, she supports the class flexibly when an area requiring focus arises or a student requests some further input on a particular aspect. I look forward to continuing toward my goal of becoming a bit more fluent with support from Agnes.

Agnes has been my Gaelic tutor for around four years and has been instrumental in guiding me from being a complete beginner to participating in her Advanced Gaelic class this year.

Agnes is a very patient teacher who is able to adapt to the differing needs of learners in her class(es). She does a great job creating an atmosphere of trust and support to allow learners to take risks with what they are learning & mistakes are gently nudged back in the right direction without judgement.

As a native speaker, her knowledge pf the language (and its various dialects) is excellent and I would thoroughly recommend her to anyone interested in learning Gaelic.

Agnes is such a warm and welcoming teacher. She creates comfortable and engaging lessons, and made me feel right at home all the way in America. She inspired me to have the confidence to further my Gaelic education and take more classes.
