I believe the best way to learn languages is through relaxed, stress-free classes. In my experience, traditional classroom teaching methods often hinder progress and don't provide the skills and confidence needed to truly succeed. Therefore, although my classes usually have a set structure and objectives and are given in English, they are always flexible and focused on each student's needs and personality.
