About Lucy
I graduated 2 years ago with a BA (Hons) in English Literature and Spanish. I speak Spanish and a basic level of French but give my classes fully in English to immerse the student in the language. I have passed the Teaching English as a Foreign Language certificate and have experience working as a private tutor.

Every student is different so I adapt my classes to their needs. My previous experience is working on a 1-1 basis with children aged 4-16 but I am happy to give classes to small groups and to adults alike. The TEFL course I completed included 30-hours of grammar and language so I can teach basics and vocabulary to beginners, or help more advanced learners with their pronunciation and fluency.

Perfect! Nous apprécions beaucoup les cours de Lucy et la méthodologie qu'elle utilise. Toujours positive, encourageante, valorisante et méthodique, Lucy met l'enfant en confiance et dans les conditions appropriées pour un apprentissage ciblé et adapté. Perfect! Carries our two/three kids along with her energy, enthusiasm, and creativity. Vast knowledge of games for a playful approach, equally able to use a more structured and formal approach. Our kids look forward to her classes with impatience.
